Loose 2nd Operation Roll

Loose 2nd Operation Roll setting is when the roll is set too loose (too far away off the chuck) for the can and end in use. This means the seam won’t be ironed out well enough, causing loose seams, wrinkle and in extreme case, product contamination or leaks.
